Who provides the service
Websites for Tradesmen is provided by NC Digital, Merthyr Tydfil. Contact: info@nc-digital.co.uk.
Monthly plans
- Monthly plans have a minimum term of 12 months from the date your site goes live.
- After the minimum term the plan continues month to month and you can cancel with 30 days written notice.
- The monthly price covers the build, hosting, SSL, your domain and the support listed for your plan.
- Once the 12-month minimum has been paid, the website and its content belong to you. If you cancel after that point, we will hand over your files and help move your domain.
- If you cancel during the minimum term, the remaining months of the minimum term are still payable.
Buying outright
- Outright builds start at £999. Your quote will confirm the price and what is included.
- The website belongs to you once the build is paid for.
- Hosting and care is £20 a month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Your content
You are responsible for making sure the logos, photos and information you send us are yours to use and accurate, including trade registrations such as NICEIC, NAPIT or Gas Safe numbers.
Search rankings
We do the work that gives your website the best chance of ranking, but nobody controls Google, so we cannot guarantee specific positions or numbers of enquiries.
Payments
Monthly plans are paid in advance each month. If a payment is more than 14 days late we may pause the website until it is paid.
