Websites for builders
Show off finished projects, explain how you work, and get enquiries from people who are ready to build.
What your website needs to do
Projects, not just photos
Each extension, renovation or new build gets its own page: what the client wanted, what you did and how it turned out. That is what persuades the next customer.
A page for each type of work
Extensions, loft conversions, renovations, groundworks and new builds are searched for separately and bought by different people.
Build trust for big jobs
Bigger jobs mean more nervous customers. Reviews, accreditations, insurance and a clear process set out how you work before they ring.
Ask the right questions up front
A quote form that asks for the type of job, rough budget and timescale saves you driving out to jobs that were never going to happen.

Built for Davies Property Development
Davies Property Development in Caerphilly needed a site that made a strong first impression on buyers and investors. It now showcases their developments and company story, with a clear route to an enquiry.
- Better visibility in local property searches
- More direct enquiries through the website
I've also built for L&R Building and Roofing and RAP Roofing and Building. See them on the work page.
Common questions
Can each project have its own page?
Yes. Project pages with a write-up, photos and the town it was in are good for showing your work and for local search. They are part of the Pro and Growth plans.
Can the quote form filter out time-wasters?
It can ask for the type of work, a rough budget and when they want to start, so you can see what is worth a site visit before you go.
I mostly get work from word of mouth. Do I need a website?
Word of mouth still ends with people looking you up. A site with real projects and reviews backs up the recommendation, and brings in the people who have not heard of you yet.
Which plan suits a builder?
Pro at £99 a month suits most builders because of the project pages and the separate service pages. If you would rather own the site outright, it starts at £999.
Other trades I build for
Electrician websites
NICEIC or NAPIT up front, and pages for EICRs, rewires, consumer units and EV chargers.
Roofer websites
Repairs, re-roofs, flat roofs and emergency call-outs, each on its own page for each town.
Landscaper and tree surgeon websites
Before-and-after galleries, qualifications and insurance, and a fast route for emergency tree work.
Carpenter websites
Kitchens, staircases, doors and bespoke joinery, with a portfolio that shows the finish.
SEO for tradesmen
Get into the Google map results and page one for the jobs and towns you actually want.
